Beef Salad (twisted Dalat style)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs round-eye beef
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 butter lectuce
- 1 lectuce escarole
- 1 green leaf lectuce
- 1 yellow onion
- cilantro
- green onion
- Viet Huong fish sauce
- Wishbone Italian dressing
- pepper
- 2 tbsp of vegatable oil

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the small bulbs of green onions
2. Slice the beef as thin as you want
3. Mix the sliced beef with chopped green onion bulbs.
4. Throw in about 10 dashes of fish sauce and some dashes of pepper, mix well and set aside.
5. Coarsely dice one tomato
6. Slice the other tomato
7. Slice the yellow onion


Cook:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pan
2. Throw the marinated beef in when the oil is boiling
3. Immediately put in the diced tomato and yellow onion slices
4. Stir well until done, turn off the burner and let the stir fried beef cool down
5. In a large bowl, mix the salad with 3 or 4 dash of Wishbone Italian dressing. Then pour the beef. Mix well. Top with tomato slices and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
